Employees of Ivy Life & Style Media and/or its affiliates, and the immediate families, are not eligible to win.

People who have won a prize from Ivy Life & Style Media in the last 90 days are not eligible to win.

Winners will be chosen at random. The number of eligible entries received and total prizes available determines the odds of winning.

Winners are selected at random and will be announced the week of the giveaway end date on social media as well as via their submitted contact information.

Winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these official rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

Only one (1) entry per person unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion rules. Multiple entries or entries under fictional names may lead to disqualification. Overall chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address and/or household. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and log-ins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.

Entries are accepted via either the Social Media Giveaway Promotion and Website Entry Form or in-person at the specified promotional events.

During the promotion period, follow the instructions in the required entry section in each promotion. You automatically will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry by completing each optional or required entry, with the exception of event attendees choosing to enter, who will be given ten (10) sweepstakes entries as a gift. Entrants using the Social Media option are required to follow the rules of the giveaway AND fill out the associated form on the website. Note, promotion of a giveaway via social media accounts such as Facebook and/or Instagram are commonly used as a marketing tool, and also to provide entrants with an extra chance to win.

Sweepstakes/Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, unless otherwise noted in the footer of each individual promotion.

All federal, state and other taxes relating to any prize, and any other travel, or hotel accommodations or other expenses relating to any prize, is the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes are not transferable, substitutable, or exchangeable for cash except that Ivy Life & Style Media in its discretion may substitute a prize of equal or greater value or at the contributing sponsor’s discretion should the specified prize become unavailable.

If the winner fails to meet any eligibility requirement herein, an alternate winner will be chosen by random drawing to be held as soon as reasonably practicable after the initial winner is determined to be ineligible. The alternate winner is subject to all eligibility requirements and restrictions of these Official Rules.

If your name is selected as a winner, you will be contacted by Ivy Life & Style Media in accordance with the information you supplied to Ivy Life & Style Media. The winners may be required to sign other legal documents, including tax forms and a release supplied by Ivy Life & Style Media, which, among other disclaimers, releases Ivy Life & Style Media and its subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, affiliates, employees and related persons from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes and the receipt and use of the prize. The information contained in the online submissions and the entry forms becomes the property of Ivy Life & Style Media.

Ivy Life & Style Media will make every effort to contact you via email and phone, but if you do not respond within 3 days (or sooner, if the prize is date-sensitive), we reserve the right to invalidate your entry and choose another winner.

Ivy Life & Style Media facilitates the giveaway but does not actually give anything away or mail any prizes. The company who sponsors the giveaway is directly responsible for providing the prize, therefore, Ivy Life & Style Media cannot be held responsible for any prize that is not received as we are not involved with the prize’s shipment or delivery. Any issues involving the shipment, delivery, receipt, (or quantity, quality, etc.) of a prize must be taken up with the company who sponsored the giveaway directly.

Ivy Life & Style Media and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance of or use of prizes. Winners and their guests, by acceptance of their prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Ivy Life & Style Media and each of its employees, representatives, agent and advertisers from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, or the use of their prize.

By winning, contestants agree to award Ivy Life & Style Media the right to publicize their names, city and state of residence, photograph, likenesses, voices, biographical information, and details of winning in any medium of communication (including print, internet, radio and/or television) for any purpose including advertising, promotional or other purposes without further compensation.

By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Ivy Life & Style Media, sponsor, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising & promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

The released parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, administrator, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, administrator reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

All federal, state and local laws apply. Ivy Life & Style Media shall be entitled to interpret these rules in its sole discretion, and all of its decisions are final. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules. Ivy Life & Style Media reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes or any part of this Sweepstakes should any event beyond its control impair the security, administration, fairness or operation of this Sweepstakes as determined by Ivy Life & Style Media in its sole discretion.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and aponsor’s and administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
