We could not have hoped for a better day. It was an absolute dream. The views are breathtaking. Walking down the stairs of Saddleback Hall arm in arm with my father to the sight of the green rolling hills of the Virginia Blue Ridge mountains is something I will always cherish. The Veritas team was great to work with from the first day of wedding planning through our wedding day. We appreciated their packaged deal so no need to worry about ordering chairs, chargers, glasses, etc. The reception space is draped from floor to ceiling with a chandelier to set the tone of elegance. The team was willing to work with our requests, no matter how big or small. The Chef was willing to incorporate our food requests for a Vietnamese-influenced menu, which meant so much to my family. Not only were the food and wine delicious but no one was kept waiting for their meal. All of our guests were so impressed at how smoothly everything was organized and had seamlessly come together. The staff is well trained and were attentive all through the night. The day and night were a blur but both Jessie and event coordinator Emily ensured we had our food and drinks ready by the second we could sit down for dinner and even sent us home with another dinner packaged with Champagne. Emily even drove us around the property as we were having couples portraits done! The staff at Veritas put forth all of their hard work for our wedding day and it showed all throughout the day.
